Privara Vault Account Deletion Request

Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their Privara Vault account and associated data. You do not need to be logged in to submit a request — email us using the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

support@privaravault.com

Please include the following in your message:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used on your Privara Vault account

We may contact you at that email address to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Data that will be deleted

When your deletion request is approved and processed, we delete account-linked data including:

  • Account profile
  • Emergency contacts
  • Medical information
  • Stored documents
  • Family member information

Data that may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Billing records required for legal and accounting purposes — retained for up to 7 years

Processing timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verified receipt. You will receive confirmation at the email address associated with your account once deletion is complete, when applicable.
