Privara Vault is software for organizing information. It does not diagnose, treat, triage, or prescribe. It does not contact 911, EMS, poison control, or hospitals on your behalf. In any life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number immediately (for example, 911 in the United States).
Accuracy of household-provided data
Emergency summaries, printable cards, QR codes, and first-responder links reflect what your household typed. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or mis-entered. First responders must verify clinically critical facts through established medical protocols — never rely solely on Privara Vault output.
Limitation regarding outcomes
Neither Privara nor its suppliers guarantees any particular medical or legal outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Privara from claims arising from reliance on summaries shown in Privara Vault, excluding instances of willful misconduct.
Responsible sharing
Wallet cards, responder links, and printed PDFs amplify access. Sharing indiscriminately may expose HIPAA-adjacent information depending on jurisdiction. Rotate responder tokens after incidents and coach caregivers on minimizing exposure.
