Agreement

By accessing Privara Vault at privaravault.com or through native shells that load the hosted product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

The service

Privara Vault provides software for organizing emergency information, documents, and household continuity planning. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not dispatch emergency services. You remain responsible for accuracy of all data you enter.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, secure your credentials, and comply with applicable export and sanctions laws. Shared accounts are prohibited except where your subscription explicitly allows multi-household operators.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans process through Stripe. Fees, renewals, and refunds follow the checkout disclosures at purchase. We may change pricing with advance notice for existing subscribers when required by law. For subscription questions or refund requests, email billing@privaravault.com.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
  • No attempts to breach, probe, or overload Privara infrastructure.
  • No resale of the service without written agreement.
  • No uploading malware or content you lack rights to store.

Intellectual property

Privara retains all rights to the software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal household operations.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIVARA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Limitation of liability

PRIVARA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF LIFE, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED.

Termination

You may stop using Privara at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk. Certain provisions survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
